Designed and developed with convenience in mind, all it takes is two laborers and a small piece of equipment to put up walls quickly and efficiently. The weight of blocks range from 1800 to 2400 pounds, which is much larger than any other retaining wall block used in the market today. With that being said, the larger blocks allows consumers to put up higher walls without any tiebacks whatsoever.
With a combination of a complete fleet of excavators and a professional staff of operators, Centennial is fully capable of fulfilling all of your excavating needs. All equipment used in the excavation process at Centennial is state of the art, which ensures the work performed is always accurate.
Accuracy while grading is a key component to any job because it gives the customer the assurance that their surface will drain properly while meeting all standards of quality. Centennial has the grading capabilities for any job, no matter the size. Our fleet of equipment, which is constantly growing, provides us with all of the pieces to your construction puzzle.
As part of your foundation package, Centennial is also capable of providing the waterproofing. The product that we use is the Delta MS foundation wrap which is highly effective in air gap drainage and preventing leaks. The air tight seal is also effective in allowing any water to drain down into the weeping tile, which keeps your foundation strong, and the health and safety of your family in good hands because in the end, we know that is what’s most important. .
It's been said that you can never be better than your tools. And while we do not want to debate the validity of that time-honored truth with regard to all projects, it is fair to say that it holds true in the area of land development. That's why we have grown this part of the business on the back of our exceedingly well-equipped fleet of excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and off road trucks.
