Centennial Homes specializes in both custom luxury homes and pre-construction homes  throughout the Niagara peninsula and has even stemmed out to the North with our  Peaks Bay project located in Blue Mountains, Ontario. Our home division has been in  our family for over three decades, has stretched across two generations and have  provided over 300 new homes to families throughout the Niagara Region within the last  three years. 

For over a decade, Centennial Construction has been a leading contractor for the  region’s various municipal and commercial underground needs. We install water and  waste watermains, as well as complete municipal services for land development. In  fact – when it comes to capital works projects, our municipal customers have great  regard for our work and leadership on the field. As Centennial continues to grow, we  are constantly adding new and updated equipment to our roster. Again, boiling down  to our philosophy, hire the best workers and give them the best tools.

It starts with one simple phone call, and we take care of all the rest with  site visits, identifying materials and equipment needed to complete the job and then  offering the client a competitive estimate. We make the process as easy as possible for  our clients as we know it is often a stressful time, we provide the knowledge that our  greener clients may not know and we execute the job ensuring everything goes  according to plan and to the delight of our customer.

Centennial Trucking, one of our divisions, has an up-to-date fleet of Tri-Axels and other  equipment that serves both Centennial Construction’s trucking and stone needs but we  are also available for subcontracting. We add to our fleet often and maintain our  vehicles scrupulously all with an eye to the quality and our well earned reputation with  regards to safety. 

With the combination of a complete fleet of excavators and professional team of  operators, Centennial is fully capable of fulfilling all your excavation needs. All  equipment used in the excavation process at Centennial is part of a constantly  changing and updated fleet which we can rely on to ensure the work performed is  precise.

Accuracy while grading is a key component to any job because it give the customer  the assurance that their surface will drain properly, while meeting all the standards of  quality. Centennial has the grading capabilities for any job, no matter the size. Our  fleet of constantly growing equipment provides us with all the pieces to your  construction puzzle. 

As part of your full foundation package, Centennial is also providing  waterproofing. The product that we use is the Delta MS Foundation Wrap which is highly effective in air gap drainage and preventing  leaks. This airtight seal is also effective in allowing any water to drain down into the weeping tile, which keeps your foundation sturdy, and the health and safety of your family in good hands.

Its often said, “you can never be better than the tools you use”, this holds solid in land  development. As we continue to grow as one of the Region’s top developers, we are  also known for our well-equipped workforce who are backed by a fleet of excavators,  dozers, loaders, backhoes and off road trucks.
